MN 15 in both directions: from Stearns County Road 1 to US 10
utility work, work on the shoulder — until April 18
Comment: The closures will occur during non-rush hours as crews install a temporary signal system at the Highway 15/23rd Street intersection. The work and lane closures will be completed by April 16.
