Comment: In fall 2012, segments of I-94 in both directions will be intermittently reduced to a single lane between St. Augusta and Clearwater. In spring/summer 2013, both directions of I-94 will be reduced to a single lane 24-hours per day. Comment: No OSOW Restrictions. Stillwater Bridge is closed. The official Detour to cross the St. Croix River is at the I-94 Bridge at Hudson, Wisc.
